Decem had joined the right defending movement in Garan, his motherland. However, he was traumatised by the situation, and decided to live in the forest to get away from the conflicts. He is relieved in the beginning. But as time passes, nostalgia and loneliness creep upon him.

Gloria graduated from School of Creative Media, City University of Hong Kong, majoring in film art. She had her exchange programme in Shih Hsin University in Taiwan for half a year. In 2016 and 2018, she participated in Taiwan Golden Cane Festival as Director and 1st assistant director. Starting from 2018, she is active in different commercials and shorts films such as RTHK as a producer and assistant director. She is trying to be a good storyteller of others' and her own stories.

I have applied for the Fresh Wave International Film Festival for six years. And I am glad that I am selected for this year. Thanks Fresh Wave for providing the opportunity for me to shoot the story I would like to tell. I always believe that Hong Kong is a place for people to dream. And film is my dream. Because it is powerful. It records the place and the generation. And it connects us. I wish I could speak for our generation and this place. I wish, people will always remember us here.
